Raise a concern on misconduct 

In Ingka Group we promote a culture of trust and open communication and we do not tolerate any kind of misconduct. For us, it’s important to live up to our own commitments and comply with relevant legislation.

If, despite our efforts, you observe or experience severe misconduct, including breaches of EU laws or regulations, in a work related context involving Ingka Group co-workers, we encourage you to raise your concern with us.

How to raise a concern to Ingka Group

We encourage you to raise your concern with the relevant Ingka Group co-worker involved, if the circumstances allow.

You can also raise your concern with a local representative of People & Culture or Business Risk & Compliance in Ingka Group.

We do however understand that this is not always possible or appropriate and in those rare instances, you can raise your concern with the Ingka Group Trust line.

We want you to feel encouraged and empowered to come forward and raise a concern if you know or have reason to suspect any violation and/or breach of applicable EU laws and regulations occurring in Ingka Group.

When raising your concern in good faith to Ingka Group, you are protected from any form of retaliation.

Are you a customer and would like to raise a complaint about our products or services? Please go to www.ikea.com and contact Customer Services in your country.

Note that customer requests and complaints will not be handled through the Ingka Group Trust line.

Inter IKEA Group

If you would like to raise a concern related to our franchisor or another IKEA franchisee (that is not part of Ingka Group), please go to https://www.inter.ikea.com/en/how-we-do-business/ethics-and-integrity or to the website of the specific IKEA franchisee that your concern relates to.

IKEA Foundation

In case you would like to raise a concern related to the IKEA Foundation or the work it supports, please visit ikea.foundation.org.
